Client Testimonials
  •  Mark helped me buy my first apartment in NYC. He is reliable, fun, energetic, personable, and went above and beyond to shuttle me all around Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens looking for the right condo. I was in town for only one afternoon, and we tried to squeeze in multiple real estate options back to back to back. His calm persona, perseverance and patience made the potentially stressful experience a great one. I highly recommend him.

  •  We found Mark to be courteous, professional, very accessible and a pleasure to work with. Our condo was eventually rented by an old friend, but Mark proved to be a valuable asset while monitoring renovations that were being done to the property. He was very diligent in showing the property and made valuable suggestions that helped rent the property. We would not hesitate to utilize Mark in the future. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the other brokers that were utilized. We highly recommend Mark.

  •  To Whom It May Concern, We have known Mark Cisneros for over 3 years. We met Mark when he was assisting our realtor at Bona Tierra Realty. We didn’t know much about Mark at the time, but soon found him to be one of the best realtors· we‘ve ever used, and we’ve worked with plenty. Mark was wonderful in helping us sell our Manhattan apartment for top dollar. He worked hard staging the apartment, running the open houses and helping bring the deal to a final close. He was also extremely instrumental in helping us buy another apartment in Williamsburg as our transaction was a 1031 Exchange. He was flexible with our constant changing requirements and short time frames. Since then, Mark has gone above and beyond to assist us in securing renters for the apartment in Williamsburg, helping advise on plumbers, HVAC and other workers. He is constantly providing us updates on new opportunities and market conditions without being overwhelming… We are so happy to have Mark be a part of our real estate deals and would recommend his services to anyone. Thanks so much!

  •  I hired Mark Cisneros in September of 2015 to help me with my search for a new home. At the time, I was renting a one bedroom in Manhattan’s Upper West Side, but needed to find a two bedroom before the expiration of my lease. The criteria was quite strict, but out of necessity. The two bedroom apartment needed to cost $2,500 or less with access to public transportation. And if that’s not tough enough to find in the New York City market, consider this … because I was moving my ailing, elderly mother in with me to care for her, the apartment had to be either on the first floor or in an elevator building. My mother is physically unable to climb steps. If you know anything about New York City real estate, you’ll know how truly difficult of an apartment search this would be. However, Mark Cisneros proved that no challenge is too great for him. His skillful mastery of the NYC market, honest approach and incredible wisdom made this move a cinch. Mark has an eye and ear for detail and he really gets to know his clients wants and needs. He truly cares about his clients and is excellent at finding the right place for the right price. Because of Mark, my mother and I have been living in a wonderful apartment in an amazing neighborhood in Forest Hills, Queens for nearly six months now. I didn’t know much about Forest Hills prior to this home search. However, when he took me to what would eventually be my new home, I completely taken by this amazing apartment and the beauty of the neighborhood. And my mom also instantly fell in love after I moved her in. We couldn’t be happier and there’s no way I could have made this move without him. I enthusiastically recommend Mark Cisneros to anyone that needs a real estate expert for home sales or rentals. He’s an amazing talent and even better human being.
